At a grand launch event in Bandar Damai Perdana recently, Mahajaya unveiled its latest residential development, blending eco-friendly design and contemporary living.

This event took place at the newly unveiled show unit in Bandar Damai Perdana, Cheras, providing potential homeowners and attendees a chance to experience this unique freehold development that combines modern living with environmentally friendly design.
Opening Ceremony: A Joyful Beginning
The festivities began with an official ceremony featuring prominent figures from Mahajaya, including Managing Director Mr. Ben Tan and Project Director Mr. Henry Tan. The contest featured prizes valued at up to RM10,000, including a 55” Smart TV and other coveted home appliances.
