Mahajaya Launches Alunan Damai, First New Residential Phase at Taman Desa Vista in 20 Years

26 September 2026 – Sepang: Mahajaya officially launched Alunan Damai, its latest residential development at Taman Desa Vista, Salak Tinggi, marking the first new residential phase introduced in the township in approximately 20 years.
The launch marks an important milestone for Mahajaya, a Malaysian property developer with more than five decades of experience, as it continues the development of a community that has grown over the years.
Located on an elevated site within Taman Desa Vista, Alunan Damai comprises 96 double-storey terrace homes on Malay Reserve land. The development combines practical layouts with a peaceful residential setting suited to everyday family life.
The official launch was held on 26 September 2026 at the Desa Vista Sales Gallery in Salak Perdana Business Park, giving visitors an opportunity to discover the new homes and learn more about the development.
