Bhd. has officially announced a strategic partnership with the LEAD International School (LSL) to develop their new campus at Taman Damai Utama of Kinrara, in Puchong, Selangor. We spoke with Mr. Henry Tan, the Project Director of Mahajaya, to uncover the inspiration, goals, and long-term aspirations behind this exciting collaboration.

With over 450 students currently enrolled, LSL’s strong educational framework and holistic teaching approach aligned perfectly with Mahajaya’s philosophy.

Mahajaya will be overseeing the development of the new LSL campus at this education hub, ensuring it meets all standards for safe occupancy while addressing the operational and logistical needs of the school. The partnership is supported by a transparent project roadmap, developed over a year through planning and dialogue, with the valuable assistance of property consultant Henry Butcher Malaysia, who facilitated the strategic match between both parties.
“We were very clear from the start, expectations, timelines, challenges. It’s this clarity and shared commitment that set the tone for a cohesive collaboration,” Henry shared.
Adding to the spirit of unity, Mahajaya will also be contributing to LSL’s Annual Charity Carnival – “Voice for the Voiceless” on 26 July 2025, a student-led initiative supporting social causes. “This is the kind of collaboration that goes beyond business; it’s about giving back and being part of something bigger.”

The new campus is set to serve as a catalyst for growth in Taman Damai Utama.
