A Place to Build a Business, A Place to Call Home

For Mr Aldon Lee, confidence in Bandar Damai Perdana comes from his business success, home ownership, and strong community connections.

1 July 2026 – Kuala Lumpur: For Mr Aldon Lee, Bandar Damai Perdana (BDP) is more than just a place to run a business. It is where he grew up, built strong connections with the community, and later chose to purchase his first Mahajaya home.

His journey reflects the confidence he has in BDP, both as a business owner and as a resident.

Growing with the Community

Pasaraya CS has been serving communities for more than 20 years, growing from a minimarket into a supermarket chain with several outlets across the Klang Valley.

When the opportunity came to open an outlet in BDP around three years ago, the decision felt natural.

“I grew up around this area, so we’re very familiar with the community here.”

The spacious commercial building also gave the team room to create more than just a supermarket. Today, the location includes a Chinese food court and a badminton centre, making it a place where families can shop, eat, exercise and spend time together.

For Mr Aldon Lee, the idea was to create better synergy and give people more reasons to visit.

Serving What Matters Most

Running a neighbourhood supermarket means understanding what local families need. Pasaraya CS focuses on providing fresh produce such as vegetables, fruits, seafood and poultry at reasonable prices.

“We always make sure our prices remain reasonable without compromising on quality.”

The team also places importance on cleanliness, product freshness and creating a comfortable shopping experience for customers.

Over the years, Mr Aldon Lee has seen BDP continue to grow. More established brands have entered the township, while increasing weekend crowds show that the area is attracting more residents and visitors.

“You can really see the township continuing to grow.”

Choosing BDP as Home

After establishing Pasaraya CS in BDP, Mr Aldon Lee also decided to purchase his first Mahajaya home in the township.

Living close to his workplace allows him to stay connected with the community he serves while reducing travel time and giving him more opportunities to spend time with family.

BDP also offers convenient access to schools, restaurants, retail outlets and other everyday amenities.

As both a resident and business owner, he has seen the township develop into a mature and well-established neighbourhood.

Growing Responsibly

Pasaraya CS is also taking steps towards more sustainable operations. Its BDP outlet recently installed solar panels to improve operational efficiency and reduce its environmental footprint.

“As businesses grow, we also have a responsibility to look at how we can operate more sustainably.”

For Mr Aldon Lee, this reflects a long-term commitment to responsible business growth and a greener future.

Looking ahead, he hopes to see more residential and commercial developments, together with improvements in infrastructure and accessibility.

Having invested in BDP both personally and professionally, his view of the township can be summed up in three words: “Lively. Mature. Convenient.”
