Mahajaya welcomed homeowners, business partners and guests to an evening of appreciation, celebration and meaningful connections at The Courtyard Appreciation Dinner.
11 July 2026 – Kuala Lumpur: The Courtyard Appreciation Dinner brought together homeowners, business partners and guests for an evening centred on appreciation, connection and community.
Guests explored interactive lifestyle booths featuring smart home technologies, solar energy solutions and water filtration systems, alongside photo and 360° video experiences. The evening also featured a live performance by the Urban String Quartet, followed by an energetic 24 Festive Drums performance by students from SJK(C) Connaught 2.
Celebrating More Than Just Homes
During his welcome address, Mr Henry Tan, Project Director of Mahajaya, thanked homeowners, consultants, business partners and everyone who contributed to The Courtyard’s success.
He shared that The Courtyard represents more than a residential development. It reflects the trust homeowners have placed in Mahajaya and a shared vision of creating a community where families can build meaningful memories.
He also reaffirmed Mahajaya’s commitment to delivering well-planned developments that combine quality, functionality and lasting value. A special video presentation then highlighted The Courtyard’s journey, including its architectural concept, living spaces and memorable homeowner milestones.

Bhd. showcased smart home technologies designed to improve comfort, convenience and home security.
