Mahajaya Group of Companies was founded by Dato' Tan Leong Min in the early 1970's as one of the major earthworks, civil engineering and building contractors. The group was subsequently transformed into a well-diversified group involving in property development, constructions, trading and manufacturing.
On 27 April 2004, Mahajaya Berhad ("Mahajaya") was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities. As an integrated property and construction group, Mahajaya offers quality and affordable residential properties at strategic locations in the country.
