Tuan Haji Muhamad Shapiae has more than twelve(12) years of experience in the insurance industry as Senior Development Manager of Malaysia Cooperative Insurance Society Ltd since 1973. He is also a Board Member of a public listed company namely Tiong Nam Transport Holdings Berhad.

Tan Ming Wai

Completed his professional studies in accounting and is currently a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (United Kingdom). He started his career as an executive in the finance administrative department of Salak Park Management Sdn Bhd after completing his studies in 1988. In 1989, he joined the credit department of Jiwa Property Sdn Bhd (JPSB) as a credit controller before being promoted to Senior Credit Controller in the following year. After gaining sufficient knowledge in the finance field, he was appointed the executive director of Salak Park Management Sdn Bhd. He has been in the property development and construction industry for over 18 years. During the 18 years in the industry, he was exposed to areas involving conceptual design, tender evaluation, project implementation and co-ordination to marketing as well as overseeing the completion of the various projects undertaken by the JPSB Group. He does not hold any directorship in any other public listed companies. |

Tan Ming Ban
Deputy Managing Director
Graduated from University of Wollongong, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accountancy and Business System Analysis. Upon graduating in 1993, he joined Salak Park Management Sdn Bhd as sales documentation assistant. In 1994, he joined the corporate finance department as corporate finance executive in the same company before he was promoted to the position of Assistant Manager in 1996. In 1999, he joined Medan Damai Development Sdn Bhd as the Manager in the Corporate Finance department before holding his current position as the executive director since year 2000. He does not hold any other directorship in any other public listed companies.

Tan Beng Hong
Executive Director

Upon graduating in 1993, she joined Medan Damai Sdn Bhd and held various executive and management positions in the area of finance, accounting and administrative. She was appointed as a director of Mahajaya Management Sdn Bhd in May 2003. She does not hold any directorship in any other public listed companies. |

Chan Wai Kheong

A Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Since graduating, he joined Nyman, Linden & Co., a firm of chartered accountants in London, United Kingdom specializing in audit and tax. He has over 20 years of experience in financial and management accounting, secretarial and Malaysian tax in the property development sector, manufacturing and timber industries. He does not hold any other directorship in any other public listed companies.

Subki bin Haji Ahmad
Independent non-executive Director
Graduated from University Malaya with Bachelor of Arts (Sociology), he has served the Malaysian government for 13 years from 1972 until 1985. During his service for the government, he was in the Prime Minister's Department and the Federal Secretary Office, Kuching for two and three years respectively. He was also the first secretary at the Malaysian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan for three and a half years, a liaison officer covering consular and trade affairs in Taipei, Taiwan for two and a half years before he retired to join the private sector. He also sits on the boards of Juan Kuang (M) Industrial Berhad. |
